Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with UnionKey.

Because our hardware wallets are high-security cryptographic devices, our return and refund policy is designed to protect your digital assets and preserve the integrity of every product. Please review the following terms carefully before placing your order.

Important Notice on Security Devices

For your protection, we do not accept returns or refunds for any hardware wallets that have been opened, activated, or used. Once the tamper-evident seal is broken or the device is paired, we can no longer guarantee its cryptographic integrity.

Please note: We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once the order has been shipped.

Once an item leaves our warehouse, the sale is considered final. However, unopened and unused items may still be eligible for return under strict conditions outlined below.

Eligible Returns (Unopened Items Only)

We only accept return requests if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging

  • The return request is submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery

  • A valid order number and proof of purchase are provided

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at aftersales@unionkey.io.

If your return request is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Returns & Refunds Not Accepted If:

  • The product has been opened, activated, or used

  • The return request is made after the 7-day return window

  • The product was not purchased through our official store

  • The request is based on personal preference (e.g. "changed my mind")

  • The product was damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or negligence

  • The order has already been shipped

Refund Process

  • If your return is approved and the item passes inspection, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated

  • Any promotional items or gifts must also be returned; otherwise, their value will be deducted from your refund

Product Defects (Non-Customer-Induced)

If your product arrives defective due to a manufacturing issue (not caused by misuse), please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include photos or videos for verification. Once confirmed by our support team, we will offer a replacement.

Security Reminder

Never share your recovery phrase, order number, or shipping information with anyone.
Once opened, a hardware wallet should never be resold or reused. UnionKey is not responsible for any losses resulting from compromised, second-hand, or tampered devices.
